Welcome to CIMS, Caitlyn Joy!

The CIMS team gained a new member with the addition of Caitlyn Joy in January. With six years of cemetery-related experience across various roles, including Assistant Cemetery Manager, Caitlyn brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge that makes her an invaluable asset to the team. We’re thrilled to have her on board!

In her role as a Customer Success Specialist, Caitlyn will manage the complete sales cycle for CIMS and engage with current and potential clients in the cemetery and death care industry. She is responsible for educating cemeterians on the use and implementation of CIMS software. She will have a vital role in onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction. She will also represent CIMS at trade shows and conferences across the country, showcasing her industry insights and fostering connections that will allow the CIMS software to help more cemeterians nationwide.

Drawing from her background in the cemetery management field, Caitlyn is poised to bring a unique perspective to client interactions, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of each partnering cemetery.

Outside of work, Caitlyn is actively involved in the creative arts, having worked as an actor, writer, and director since graduating with a BA in Acting from Townson University in 2010. We’re excited to welcome her to the CIMS team as we continue to grow and provide exceptional customer service to our users. Welcome, Caitlyn!
