We are pleased to announce that CIMS Platinum customers will now receive a limited amount of free map changes per year as part of your annual maintenance. The number of hours of map changes varies between 1-5 hours per year depending on the size of your cemetery and is included as part of your annual maintenance. This new benefit means that if your cemetery needs any tweaks or updates to your CIMS maps, our team will handle those changes at no additional cost as part of your annual maintenance plan. Whether you’re expanding your cemetery, or just need to make adjustments to a few plots, we're here to help.
Your cemetery's data security is our top priority. To ensure we continue to provide the highest level of protection, we have implemented a new process of hiring an external third-party firm to perform a comprehensive security audit of the entire CIMS system. We completed our first audit at the end of 2023 and plan to continue this process annually. While we have not experienced any security issues in the past, we believe in being proactive to prevent potential problems in the future. This added layer of security gives you peace of mind knowing that your data is safe and secure.
We’re committed to making sure that all CIMS users have the knowledge and confidence they need to make the most of our software. That’s why we are now offering free virtual training sessions for new users or for existing users who have questions about the CIMS software. These online training sessions are a great way to get up to speed on the latest features or to refresh your understanding of how to use CIMS effectively.
