MADISON, WI — As Ramaker and Associates, Inc., moves its headquarters to Madison, Wisconsin, CIMS—the cemetery management software developed by Ramaker—is joining the transition. After more than 20 years in Sauk City, this transition marks a new chapter for CIMS and reinforces its commitment to serving cemeteries across the country with accessible, responsive support.
Effective August 1st, 2025, the Ramaker headquarters is now located at 1955 Atwood Avenue, Suite 202, in Madison, WI. The CIMS team will continue to deliver innovative cemetery mapping and records management solutions from a more centrally located office. The new space enhances the team’s ability to collaborate with clients and partners throughout south-central Wisconsin and beyond.
CIMS remains a national leader in cemetery mapping and records management software, serving hundreds of cemeteries across the country. From GIS-based mapping to public burial search tools, the platform continues to grow in functionality and reach, supported by a team located in multiple states.
Ramaker’s new headquarters is situated in the vibrant Schenk-Atwood neighborhood on the east side of Madison. This more centralized location offers closer proximity to key clients, project sites, and industry partners, enhancing the firm’s ability to deliver responsive, collaborative service throughout the region.
While Ramaker’s headquarters has moved, the company’s legacy in Sauk City continues. The original office building at 855 Community Drive is being repurposed to support local needs; Sauk Prairie Healthcare will soon occupy a portion of the building, and HQ will continue operating the front as a coworking and office rental space.
